Admission process at RWC is a three stage process. Stage I is the screening process, which includes submission of application with all the requirements by the advertised deadline. Stage II is the evaluation stage, which consists of a review of all the information submitted in the screening process, evaluation of the submitted documents and personal interviews (by our international agents or directly by the admission staff). Stage III is the selection stage of the admission process in which the Admission Committee determines the position of the applicant for the programme applied with the verification of the SAM.
 
Stage 1

RWC will notify the applicant if minimum criteria are not met by the deadline for receipt of the application pack may be obtained from the office of the administration or at http://www.Royalwellscollege.co.uk.

Application Pack

On or before the last date of submission of application pack, the Royal Wells College must receive all the following items:
Official transcripts attested true photocopies of all the educational achievements including all the extra curricular activities, attested photo copy of the document indicating completion of a degree from any accredited university (according to the programme), any job or position held.

A minimum of 2 references – One must be from previous educational institute attended with a complete reference form.
Official most recent (or not more than 2 years old) score in IELTS
A writing sample as requested by RWC.
The cover letter should introduce the applicant with the Admission Committee and indicate the applicant's motivation for pursuing an international qualification. At a minimum, the applicant should include educational history, work history, and any related experience that will highlight the applicant abilities.
 

Stage II-Evaluation

Provided that all requirements of Stage 1 are met, the applicant will be invited to the agent's office for an interview. The interview will be 15-30 minutes in length, and will attempt to solicit information related to the following items:

  • The applicant's motivation for entering a program
  • The applicant's ability or potential
 
Stage III-Selection

Based upon the recommendations of the admission committee, the SAM of Royal Wells College will determine the class.
The Office of the SAM of Royal Wells College then issues a unique reference number to every student enrolled in any programme at this school.
Applicants will then be notified of their status by the Office of SAM of Royal Wells College.
 
Privacy Policy

We use the personal information of applicants (address, name and date of birth, etc.) collected at the time of application to accurately and efficiently manage the whole admission process. As to students' personal information, it is used to make contact, provide services or send information from school to students during and after their school years. We take necessary and appropriate measures to protect privacy of the information. When we delegate the part/whole process to an agent, we oblige them to appropriately manage the information by contract.
